How to enable online payments?
If you want to allow your users to deposit money online via QR codes, connect a payment system for your venue.
🔎 Supported payment systems: LiqPay, Kaspi, FreedomPay (Paybox), Stripe, MoMo, Papara, Square.

📌 If you have activated the booking module and a payment system, users will be able to make online deposits for PC/console bookings on the booking portal.
Scan and Pay on the Shell login screen
The Scan and Pay block can be displayed on the Shell login screen.
In the block, a user can:
- select the desired amount of playing time: 30, 60, 90 or 180 minutes;
- scan the QR code to pay online from their mobile device.
📌 The amount is calculated according to the rate valid in the venue when choosing one of the time intervals. The session will start immediately after payment.
To display the block with the QR code, go to the admin panel → Settings → Gamer Interface → Login screen and enable the Scan and Pay option.
Important! To apply the changes, log in to Shell and then log out. The Scan and Pay option enables 1) The Scan and Pay block on the login screen; and 2) The Online tab for top-ups in client Shell.
How to top up your balance in Shell online?
The ability to replenish the balance online appears after connecting a payment system.
To top up your balance in Shell, you need to:
- click on the Top up button;
- in the window that appears, go to the Online tab and enter the amount to be credited to the balance;
- scan the QR code to go to the payment page, or click Top up to open the payment page in a browser on your PC;
- pay using Apple Pay/Google Pay or enter your credit card details. The funds will be credited to your balance immediately after payment.
How to find the history of online payments?
The report tab is available only after connecting the payment system.
To view the history of online payments, go to the venue's admin panel → Statistics → Online payments.
Important! For employees to view the tab, enable the Access online payment permission in the Users → Roles and user access section.
The information in the report can be filtered by office, date, and transaction type.
The report consists of the following columns:
- user login;
- transaction type;
- office;
- date;
- amount.
To download the information in the Excel format, select the necessary options, and click Download report.
