If all client sessions are billed as 0 per hour on the venue map, it may be due to incorrect settings for Decimal places of money or Rounding for postpayment in Settings → Session settings. If either of these options is set to 0, it can cause the issue with billing.
- If the settings are incorrect (set to 0), adjust them following our guide.
Important! If you change the Decimal places of money option, be sure to contact our support team to reboot the billing service so the changes take effect.
- If the settings are correct but the issue persists, contact technical support to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Our team will help identify and fix any underlying problems.
