How to Delete a Content Card

• Deactivation via SENET library

• Bulk deactivation

• Archive and reactivation

In SENET, content cards cannot be permanently deleted. You can deactivate a card to remove it from the client interface.

There are two ways to do this: using the toggle switch for each card or via bulk actions.
 

Deactivate via SENET library

1. Go to Apps & Games → Venue library.

2. Find the card you want to hide.

3. Turn the toggle off to deactivate it.

SENET Library Cards

 The card will return to the SENET Library and disappear from the client interface.

Local Cards

The card will be moved to the Archive and disappear from the client interface.

Bulk Deactivation

1. In the Venue library tab, toggle Multi-select (1).

2. Click on multiple cards (2) to select them. 

📌 Local and SENET library cards cannot be moved in bulk.

3. Choose Move to archive/Deactivate (3) from the drop-down list:

   • SENET cards return to the SENET Library.

   • Local cards move to the Archive.

Archive and Reactivation

• SENET cards always return to the SENET Library when deactivated.

• Local cards in the Archive are not visible to clients. They can be viewed, edited, and reactivated at any time.
