The SENET mobile app runs on SENET ID, a single user account. The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
With the app, users can:
view and top up their balance,
purchase and manage passes,
make and check bookings,
receive news and push notifications,
quickly log in at a venue.
⚠️ Important: After creating a SENET ID, the app may appear empty. Registering an account does not automatically create a venue profile. You must first create or connect a venue account.
How to Create a Venue Account
If a user has registered in the app but does not yet have a venue account, there are two ways to create one.
Option 1. Log in via QR code
Open the application.
A QR code will be displayed on a PC login screen at the venue.
In the app, select Scan QR Code.
Point the camera at the QR shown on the login screen.
Option 2. Log in via username and password
On the PC login screen, enter the username and password used during SENET ID registration.
Click Enter.
The system will:
recognize the SENET ID,
prompt the user to complete venue registration,
create a venue account after registration is completed.
The gaming interface will open on the PC, and the venue will automatically appear in the app.
If the user does not have an account yet, one can be created directly on a venue's PC login screen. After that, the account can be connected in the app.
How to connect a venue in the app
If a venue account already exists, it can be added to the app.
On the home screen, tap the QR code icon.
Choose from two methods:
1. Scan the QR code
Find the QR code on a gaming PC at the venue.
Scan it via the application.
2. Enter a Code Manually
Get a connection code from the venue administrator.
In the app, enter the provided code.
After confirmation, the venue will appear in the list of connected venues.
Multiple venues in one account
You can connect an unlimited number of venues to a single SENET ID.
Users can:
switch between venues,
view balances separately for each venue,
manage bookings and buy passes,
delete their global and local accounts,
receive notifications from different venues.
What’s displayed on the Home Page
The home page displays only basic account information: balance, passes, and bookings.
💰 Balance
Shows the amount on the main and bonus balances. Tap the card with the amount to open the balance history.💳 Balance top-up
The top-up button is located at the top of the page near the balance amount. Online top-ups are available only if a payment system is connected to the venue.🎫 Passes
Displays the number of available passes. Tap the card to open the list of all available passes and view their statuses. Additionally, you can purchase passes if they are available for in-app purchase at the venue.🕒 Bookings
Displays active bookings and key information: date, office, booking duration, and deposit amount. If you purchase a pass during the booking, its cost is included in the deposit amount.
What’s available in the Menu
In the app menu, you will find more options for managing your account and bookings. To expand the menu, tap the icon in the right corner of the page.

Choose a profile avatar from the gallery, update your personal data (name, email, phone number, etc.) and password.
View the loyalty program progress bar and the percentage of discounts.
You can delete both your SENET ID and all connected venues, or just a venue.
📌 Note: Deleting a SENET ID removes the global account and all connected venue accounts. Data is anonymized, and recovery is not possible.

Keep track of all top-ups and expenses on your balance.🎫 Passes
Buy passes and track their status and expiration date.🕒 Bookings

View venue news and receive notifications about important events. You can turn off push notifications in the tab settings.📞 Contacts
Here you will find the venue's address and contact information.
Push notifications
Upon first launch, the application will prompt you to allow notifications.
It is recommended to allow them to receive:
venue news
information about promotions and changes
You can enable or disable news notifications in News → Notification settings.
If the application is empty
If balances or bookings are not shown after logging in, check whether a venue is connected.
Without a created or connected venue account, the app does not display any data.
