The process of changing the password for the Support account differs depending on your PC configuration.
Please note that the Support account password must be the same on all gaming PCs and across all offices within the same organization (Admin Panel).
📌 Important! If you change the password for the Support account and don't notify the technical support team, applications and tech user login on the venue map will not work.
1. Disk-Based PCs
To change the password on disk-based PCs, follow these steps:
- Contact technical support to coordinate the password change actions.
- Change the password for the Support account on all gaming PCs in your venue.

Send the new password to the technical support team.
2. Diskless PCs
For diskless PC environments, the process is slightly different:
Contact technical support to coordinate the password change actions.
Start a superuser mode on a client PC.
Change the password for the Support account.
Save the changes to the disk image to ensure all diskless PCs receive the update.
Inform technical support of the new password.
