Yes, it is possible to change the password for the Support account. To do this, you need:
- Contact technical support to coordinate actions.
- Change the password for Support account on all PCs.
- Report a new password to the technical support.
If you changed the password for the Support account and didn’t tell it to the technical support team, applications requiring launch from the Support user, as well as a command "Login technical user - Support" from the club map, will not work.
