Zones help you manage your gaming center more effectively by allowing different settings and pricing for different areas.
For example, you can charge a higher hourly rate for a PC in a VIP zone because it has more expensive equipment or exclusive content, while PCs in a standard gaming area can have a lower rate. Zones also make it easy to control which games or apps are available in each zone and when.
To set up game zones:
- Go to the “Zones and rates” - “Zone setup” section.
- Click the “Add zone” button in the upper right corner and specify the settings you need.
- A zone with an active check-mark “Make default” means that all new PCs will be automatically added to that zone.
- You can edit zone simply by clicking on an existing zone from the list.
📌 To delete a zone, you can just contact technical support and specify the zone's name you want to delete. Beforehand, unlink PCs, rates, and passes from this zone.
