A pass is a prepaid time package. After buying a pass, the required amount of money is debited from the client's balance and the playing time is credited to the account.
To set up subscriptions, go to Zones and rates→ Passes and click Add pass.
In the window that opens, fill out the following fields:
- the name of the pass;
- duration – how long the pass lasts. The duration can be specified in minutes, hours, days, and weeks. The minimum duration is 10 minutes;
- the price of the pass;
- discount – indicates whether the loyalty program discount will be applied to this pass;
- color – the color in which the pass will be displayed on the grid;
- zones – determines in which zone of the venue this pass will be valid. The parameter allows you to select one, several, or all zones;
- users – shows which types of users can use this pass. Passes are not available for employees;
Zones and users can be selected from the drop-down list by clicking on the parameter field or the arrow.
- available period – shows when the pass will be valid and can be used.
If you want the pass to be available around the clock, specify the period Mon (00:00) - Sun (24:00).
If you need to set the pass to work at a certain time of the day, set the period within one day, and then click on "+". The available period settings will be automatically duplicated on the next day of the week.
- purchase period – shows when the pass can be purchased. To set up the same purchase period as the available period, click Copy periods from available.
In addition, you can restrict the subscription using two parameters:
- expiration period – the expiration date of the pass. You can specify when the pass will "burn out," regardless of whether it was completely used or not. This parameter starts working from the moment the pass is activated, and not from the moment it is purchased.
- quantity - the parameter allows you to specify how many times the pass can be sold or bought. For example, if you specify 30, then after the pass is bought or sold 30 times, it will become unavailable for sale or purchase.
