- To close a user’s pass, go to the “Users” - “Passes history” section.
- To gain access to the “Passes history” subsection, the user must have the “Access-to-pass-item-billing” rights in the “Roles and user access” subsection. If you want to be able to close the user pass, you also need to have the “Can-close-pass-item-billing” rights. Applying new settings in the “Roles and user access” section, you need to log into the admin panel again for the changes to take effect.
- Viewing the history of passes is available only after filling in the login field.
ATTENTION! This is case-sensitive field.
- The pass can be closed only if it is in the status of "Active" or "Not activated."
Closing the pass, you must indicate the reason.
- To close the pass, click the "cross" next to the required pass. Indicate the reason of closing (required field). After that, the pass will receive the "Closed" status.
