If the user has forgotten the password of his account, then it can be reset.
- Go to the "Users" section.
- Find the user account in the general list and open his profile. In the top menu, click on the "Reset password" button.
- A letter with a new password will be sent to the user on the e-mail, specified in his profile.
- If obligatory registration by phone number is activated, a new password will be sent with SMS to the phone (however, for club employees, the password will still be sent on the email in this case).
Only the staff with the “Access-to-password-recovery” rights can reset the user password.
