Is it possible to transfer the customer base?

This feature is available only to customers on a subscription.

Yes, such possibility exists. You can drop the database of accounts to [e-mail] or contact technical support.

The following suitable formats for transfer: csv, mdf, xls, transfer from other formats is possible, but may require more time.

It is also possible to transfer all account data that matches the fields of the registration form in the Senet system:

1. Login
2. First and last name
3. Phone number
4. E-mail address

If you want to transfer the user's balance and the discount, you can provide information about your discount system and we will add this information to the settings of the discount system. The balance is transferred only in the form of funds on the account, other options of the user's balance are not transferred.

Passwords are not transferred. The password for all transferred accounts will be of the standard type, for example: 12345678.

After logging in, the visitor will be able to independently change the account password.

Exceptions: logins in Cyrillic are not transferred.
