The SENET system provides flexible rate settings in the gaming venue. To set up rates:
- Go to Zones and rates → Rates setup. In this tab, hourly payment for playing time is configured.
- First you need to create a rate template, and then set it up. To create a template, click the Add rate button.
- In the window that opens, specify the name of the rate, select the color in which it will be displayed on the grid, and also indicate the price per hour.
- If you want the users' loyalty program discounts to be applied to this rate, check the box next to this option.
- Additionally, if necessary, you can set up a one-time minimum payment at the start of the session. To do this, check the box next to this option and specify the minimum payment, that is, the amount that will be deducted from the balance immediately after entering the client shell, as well as the minimum session time that will be credited to the user for this payment. Because regular billing is not used, nothing more will be deducted during the specified time period, only the amount from the "minimum payment" field. Billing starts at the established rate per hour once the “minimum time” period passes.
- Done! The rate template has been created, now it needs to be installed. To do this, click on the Set rate button and fill out all the fields. You can choose a different rate for each zone or select multiple zones at once.
- If you want to set a 24-hour rate, specify the period Mon (00:00) - Sun (24:00).
- If you want to set a separate rate for some days, specify a period for each of them. For example:
Thus, you can create separate rates that are applicable in different periods for a specific category of users and zones in the gaming venue.
