Movements of goods/services

    The “Movements of goods and services” tab contains useful information about goods and services in your gaming center. Using special search filters, you can find such operations as sales, returns, write-offs and restock for all or specific categories of goods/services. This tab shows information about parameters like selling and purchase price, the date of the operation, the quantity in the stock and the number of units of goods/services for which operation was done, the login of the employee who made the operation, etc. 

    Such parameters can be selected from the drop-down list on the right side of the page. In this list, you can also select a description that allows you to find some details about the operations, for example, check number, which was used to sell the goods/services, number of the order etc. By default, the description is not displayed. 
                       

    There are situations when there is the description “Return shop item to stock due payment time out for item”, and in the “staff” field the system is displayed instead of the login of the employee. This may happen when the system automatically returns the goods to the stock because the payment was not done. For example, the cashier didn't choose a payment method for some reason (the client is not sure whether he wants to buy the product or not, or the cashier was distracted). In this case, even if the payment method has not been chosen, the system immediately “reserves” the product, selected for sale. This situation occurs to avoid such cases when different cashiers can sell the last item of the product at the same time. Thus, if you do not select a payment method within a few minutes in the opened window, the system will return this product back to the stock and such an operation will be displayed as a “return” with a corresponding comment.

               

    A similar situation will occur during canceling an order from the Shell. In this case, the system also returns the goods to the stock automatically, and in the “description” field there will be Shell order # (number of the order) canceled.
