There are several ways of registration client accounts:
- Registration in Shell. A visitor of the gaming center, if desired, can register on his own by logging into the client shell using a check. By clicking on the Create account button in the user interface, the client has to indicate his name, login, email address, and password. The fields, displayed in this registration form, can be configured in the Organization settings in the admin panel.
- Registration in the admin panel. An administrator of the gaming center can register the account for the client in the admin panel.
- To do this, go to the Users section and click on the Add user button.
- Fill in all the necessary information. Fields, marked with a star, are required.
- In the Account type field select the needed client account category.
Note: a school account is no different from a regular client account. If necessary, you can create accounts with this status for teenagers and set up tariffs/tickets for them at a special price. If the user with the School account status starts a gaming session, the corresponding workstation will be highlighted in specific color on the office map. Thus, you can always check which PC / console the teenage customer is playing on.
- Enter and confirm the password. You can indicate some simple password, for example, 1111, and explain to the user that he can change this password in the client part on his own.
- Save the entered data.
Also, you can create the account for the user on the office map. Just click on the corresponding icon in the right corner and write down all the needed information.
3. Registration on the booking portal. Customers can also make the registration on the external booking portal. To do this, the client needs to enter his current email and click the Next button. Then the system will send a confirmation code to the email. After confirming the code, the system will generate a password and send it to the email, and the client's login in the system, in this case, will be his email address itself. Such information as name, surname, date of birth, etc., the user will be able to enter being in the LAN center after entering the client shell.
Note: registration on the booking portal can be disabled by contacting the technical support team.
