Reasons why the controller may not appear on the club map:
- Not connected power to the controller.
- The controller has been removed from the club map. To restore it on the club map, contact technical support.
- The Wi-Fi access point is incorrectly entered in the controller settings. Reconnect to the controller and make sure that the WiFi access point name and password are correct.
- The controller will not appear on the club map due to an incorrectly entered club address in the controller settings. Try to reconfigure the controller:
- Connect power to the controller.
- Disconnect the WiFi network on which the controller was configured, or turn on the controller outside the WiFi network.
- If the controller does not find the WiFi point, within 2 minutes the controller will appear as an access point.
- Reconfigure.
- If these manipulations did not help, contact technical support.
