Table of contents:
1. Log in under any Windows account (except for the Support one) with administrator rights. If no such account exists, log in under Support and create a new account with administrator rights. After creating your account, restart the computer and sign in.
Instructions on how to create a new Windows account:
- write netplwiz in the search box and press Enter;
- click Add user;
- click Sign in without a Microsoft account;
- choose the Local account option;
- enter a username and create the password;
- click on the account you've created and choose Properties;
- grant this account the Administrator level of access.
- save the changes, restart the PC, and log in under this account to proceed with uninstallation.
2. Uninstall E-launcher.
- Click Start Menu → Settings → Apps.
- Find Enestech Bundle in the list and uninstall it.
🔎After uninstalling Enestech Bundle, the SenetUser account will be deleted automatically. If you want to permanently remove the E-launcher from your PC, then run the netplwiz command and delete the Support account.
The local Senetuser folder will also be deleted automatically. If you want to permanently remove the E-launcher from your PC, go to C:\Users and delete the local Support folder.
If after uninstalling the E-launcher you need to install it again, then do not delete the Support account and the folder.
What to do if you can't delete the folders
If you failed to delete the Senetuser and Support folders:
- Go to their location and try to open them.
- The system will ask for permission to access the folder, give permission, and then try to delete the folder.
- Restart the PC.
- Verify if the folders were deleted, and if they remain, attempt to delete them again.
📌 If you want to install E-launcher again, run the E-launcher installer and proceed with the installation.
