- Log in under any Windows account (except for Support one) with administrator rights. If there is no such account, then log in under the Support and create a new account with administrator rights. After creating your account, restart your computer and sign in.
Instructions on how to create a new Windows account:
- Uninstall the E-launcher: Click Start Menu - Settings - Apps. Find Enestech Bundle in the list and uninstall it.
- After uninstalling Enestech Bundle, the Senetuser / User account will be deleted automatically. If you want to remove the E-launcher from your PC forever, then run the netplwiz command and delete the Support account. If after uninstalling the E-launcher you need to install it again, then the Support account does not need to be deleted.
- After uninstalling the Enestech Bundle, the local Senetuser / User account folder will also be deleted automatically. If you want to remove the E-launcher from your PC forever, then go to C: \ Users and delete the local Support folder. If after uninstalling the E-launcher you need to install it again, then you do not need to delete the Support folder.
If you failed to delete the Senetuser / User and Support folders, open the appropriate folder. After that, the system will ask for permission to access it, give permission and then the folder can be deleted -
Restart your PC.
If you want to install the E-launcher again, run the Senet E-launcher installer and proceed with the installation.
