General information
In the Settings section in the Organization infos tab, you can manage club's subscription. Only employees with Superadmin status in the CAP have access to this tab. Go to the SENET Subscription menu, where you can see:
- subscription status;
- tariff plan;
- additional services and their cost;
- discount;
- payment method;
- amount due in the next month;
- installation key.
Payment method setting up
To pay for the subscription, set up a payment method. Open the subscription menu and in the Payment type field click on the edit icon. In the modal window, select Credit card (to pay with a bank card) or PayPal (to pay using this payment system). To link a credit card, indicate its number, expiration date, and CVV code. Click the Add button and the card will be added. Every month, this card will be automatically charged for the subscription. You can change the card, If necessary.
Subscription editing
To edit the subscription, click the Edit subscription button. If your current tariff plan is not included in our standard plans list (e.g. it is a custom one), the Edit subscription button is not displayed.
The subscription's page displays three tariff plans: Basic, Business, and Premium. Click on the Plans descriptions button to learn more about each of them.
List of additional services to expand the subscription:
- an additional number of PCs/consoles. Use the slider to select the number of workstations that will be added to those already in your plan;
- SENET Boot diskless system. Use the slider to select the number of PCs;
- remote access;
- reservation module;
- shop in a gamer's Shell;
- files transferring.
After changing the subscription, activation of additional functionality may require re-authorization in the system.
Invoice creation
The selected additional services and tariff plan are displayed in the left menu. Here you can apply a promo code for a discount. Specify it in the appropriate field and click the Add button. To pay, click the Prepare invoice button and confirm the payment in the modal window. You will need to enter payment information if they have not been provided earlier.
Other actions
In the Additional Services menu, you can also buy the personalized setup of your gaming center. There are two types of this setup: Basic and Advanced. Select the one you want and our specialists will help you with configuration.
In addition, you can contact our specialists through the Help form. Select the request type and select your office. The application will immediately be transferred to the customer service department for processing.
