Before starting the transfer of games, make sure that the Steam platform and the game are already downloaded and installed on the distributing PC. The Steam platform must also be installed on the receiving PC.
An example of creating a torrent for transferring the Among Us game on other PCs
1. Manifest transfer. For Steam to recognize the game on the receiving PC as already installed, you also need to transfer the manifest file to this computer (each game has its file). These files are stored by the path C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps. You can determine which file belongs to which game by opening the manifest file in notepad. The "name" field will contain the name of the game (in this case, "Among Us").
2. Manifest path. You can transfer a manifest file in the same way as a game, using the file transfer option. In the "Path to file" field, specify the full path to the manifest file, for example C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ appmanifest_945360.acf. After the transfer of the manifest file on the receiving PC is completed, the game will be ready for launching.

If you want to change the location of the game on the receiving PC, you need to open the Steam platform on the receiving PC, create another Steam library folder and transfer the game and manifest file in that folder.
