If you want your clients to be able to book a PC or console in your club on their own, provide them with a link to an external booking portal - https://clubname.booking.enes.tech/. You can also attach this link on the club's website or on the webpage of the social network.
The booking option is available only for registered users, therefore, in order to book a workstation, the client must log in under his account (if he is already registered in the system), specifying his username and password. If the client does not have an account yet, then he can create one on this portal. To do it, he has to enter his email. After that, a code will be sent to the specified email and after its confirmation, registration will be completed. In this case, the user's login will be his email address, and the password will be generated by the system and sent to the client by email too. In the future, the client can come to the club and start a session on the PC/console using this username and password.
The registration option on the booking portal can be disabled. If you want to do it, contact our support team.
After entering the portal, the client chooses the date, time, and period of the reservation. Depending on the specified information, workstations on the club map will be displayed in the appropriate status. Thus, if there are already reserved or occupied workstations by other users for the chosen period of the booking, they will be displayed in gray and it won’t be possible to reserve them.
The client selects the PC or console he wants to reserve, and in the right-sided panel he can find information about his booking:
- date, time and number of hours for which the workstation will be reserved;
- the deposit - it is the amount that is "frozen" on the client's account until the moment when he comes to the club and logs in to the reserved PC/console. You can define the percent of the deposit by yourself, and we will customize it;
- the current client's balance;
- amount to be paid;
- commission for the booking service (if it's configured) - the amount that will be charged additionally from the client for the booking service itself. You can also define the amount of the commission and we can customize it.
To complete the booking, a client needs to choose a payment method:
- Pay with balance - payment will be made from a client's balance;
- By card - you can connect a payment system and customers will be able to pay for their reservation by card. At the moment, it is possible to connect Stripe and MoMo. To connect a payment system for your booking portal, contact our technical support team.
Also after booking creating:
- the client receives an email notification that he has a booking in your club and also there will be information about the no-show penalty (if it's configured);
- notifications with information about the time of the booking will be sent to the admin panel;
- there will be an additional notification on the login menu of the reserved workstation that this one will be busy at a specific time.
The booking option on the external portal is paid, so if you want to use it, contact your manager.
