To book PC or console, go to the "Reservation" section of the admin panel. In this section, club employees can create two types of reservations: client reservation and service reservation.
The client reservation is intended for booking workstations for registered users. Click on “Client reservation” and in the window that opens, indicate the number of the PC/console that you want to book, the period of time for which you want to make a reservation. It is imperative to indicate the client's login (you need to select from the drop-down list) for which the reservation is created since the deposit will be debited from the balance of this client. If you want, you can enter a comment. At the bottom of the window that opens, you can see whether the reservation is available or not, the amount to be paid and the remaining balance.
Using this type of reservation, only one PC or console can be booked for one client.
The service reservation is intended for creating technical booking (for example, when you plan to do some technical work on a PC, install games), for tournaments, and also if you need to book several workstations in a club at once. Click on "Service reservation" and in the window that opens, specify workstations number, date and period of the booking, comment (if necessary). In this case, you do not need to indicate the username of the client, which means that no money will be debited for the reservation.
All reservations, that were created both on the external booking portal and in the admin panel, will be displayed on the reservation schedule grid. Using the search filters, you can check whether there are bookings in a specific zone of the club or on a certain workstation or not.
