To order an item, go to the "Shop" menu in the upper panel of the client shell.
Here you can find the position you need by category. To select the desired position, you can click on the goods/service card itself. Each click is +1 to the amount, for convenience, the total amount will be displayed with a red circle-indicator.
You can also change the quantity by clicking on the “more”, “less” tick, or by specifying the needed number by yourself.
To delete an unnecessary item, click on the bin next to the good or service. Besides, you can delete all positions simply by clicking on the “Delete all” button.
After that, you will have the opportunity to leave a comment to the administrator who will accept your order. You can type it or use quick links just by clicking on the required one.
Click the "Send" or "Send and Pay" button. The "Pay and Send" button allows your client to pay for the order from his balance. If you want to activate this function, please contact our support team.
Where can I see the order history?
There is an orders widget in the right panel.
If the user has no order yet, but the club has the ability to place orders in the shell, the widget also displays the "Go to the shop" button, which transfers user to the appropriate section. The shop widget displays:
- number of items in the last order;
- last order- is an order that was recently edited;
- a clickable header that transfers to the user's order history;
- last order status: new, in progress, done, canceled, (order status is updated in Shell as soon as it is changed in CAP).
For registered users, the entire history of orders is stored, however, for check users, orders are stored only 'til the end of check activation.
In the order history menu, you can view the number, date and time of the order, the composition of the order, the total cost, as well as the payment status. If the option to pay for the order from the user's balance is activated, the button "Pay" will also be displayed, indicating the cost.
Even after submitting an order to the administrator, you can still cancel it by clicking on the bin. During canceling an order paid from the user's balance, the payment for the order will be refunded back to the balance.
How to know if that the order is ready?
If your order is being prepared or is already ready, the administrator will send you a notification. You can also view the status of your order in the "Order History" menu.
The order, taken to work, will be displayed with the status "In progress", the finished order will have the "Done" status.
