- Go to the "Shop" section and open the "Goods" or "Services" tab.
- Click on the “Add goods” / “Add Service” button.
- Enter the name and description of goods or services. Please note, that the name should be unique for each position.
- Select the category to which the goods/ services will belong. You can select one or more categories.
- Upload a picture.
- Minimum recommended size: 700×800 pixels or larger.
- Square images (e.g., 800×800 pixels) are also supported, but ensure there is approximately 10% free space on both sides of the object.
- Maximum file size: 5 MB.
- Enter the vendor code and barcode. These fields are required for filling. If you use barcode scanners in the club, then you must specify the correct data, so then you can search for a position in the admin panel using it. If you do not keep accounts of goods/services by vendor code/barcode, then just write random data in the appropriate fields. At the same time, it is important that each position has its own unique data.
- Talking about "tax system" and "tax type" fields, you can just skip them.
- Turn on the availability of goods/services in the club.
- During creating the card for goods, indicate its minimal remainder, for example, 5 pc. Thus, if there is less than the specified value left in the stock, it will be highlighted in red in the cashdesk, reminding you to make purchases.
- Indicate the selling price for one unit of the item.
- Save the settings.
