Version 9.3 of E-Launcher installer

CHANGES

1. The new E-Launcher version allows you to monitor the activity of gaming PCs in LAN-centers, which use SENET Boot version 3.0 and higher. You can check the following metrics:
   • CPU/GPU temperature; 
   • free drive space;
   • the speed of reading/writing data on the drive.
2. When installing/updating the E-launcher, the .Net 5 package will be installed automatically also. It is needed to collect indicators of gaming PCs` activity.

FIXES

1. Origin games can be launched with public office accounts again.
