How can a user pay for goods with their account balance?

Paying for goods with the account balance allows a user to make a payment for the order directly from the gaming PC. It simplifies the workflow of the gaming center staff and helps a client to receive the desired service without interrupting the gameplay. A gamer can place an order in just a few clicks.

How to enable payments with account balance?

By default, payment for goods with the account balance is disabled.

To turn it on, go to the admin panel →  Settings → Gamer interface → Shop settings and turn on the Pay with account balance option.

How payment with account balance works

Paying with the account balance writes off the item from the stock in the Shop section, the Goods tab. Such operations are not shown in the Cashdesk section, as the user purchases goods with the funds they previously refilled the account with. The order will be displayed with the Paid status in the Shop section, the Orders tab.

Can a user cancel the order?

Only the order with the New status can be canceled by the user in Shell. Money will be refunded to the account.

The Movements of goods/service tab contains information about the goods purchase as a write-off. It has the Shell order number in the Description column.
