If a user gets a message “You already have an actibe pass” when buying a pass, it means that multi-pass purchase is disabled for your gaming center.
Activate multi pass purchase in organization Settings and gamers will be able to buy 2 or more passes at once.
🔎 Even if a pass availability period is over, this pass can be active on a gamer’s balance till its expiration. Passes start to expire from the moment of their activation.
For example, there is a 10-hour pass that is available from 22:00 to 08:00 and a gamer activates it later than 22:00, for example, at 22:30, the pass expiration starts only from the moment of its activation, and it will expire at 08:30. Until the pass expires, it will be active, but a gamer won’t be able to use it because the pass is available till 08:00. Therefore, if a gamer wants to buy one more pass, enable multi pass purchase parameter.
If you don’t want gamers to buy 2 or more passes, just close the old one in the Users section → Passes history. Enter a gamer’s login in the search bar and click on the “cross” next to the pass. Thus, the old pass will be closed and a gamer will be able to buy a new one.
