How to create combos?

    Purchasing passes or goods at a discount increases customer loyalty, but what if all these components are combined? Our team has developed a formula for the perfect combo. With this SENET feature, customers can purchase a pass, product, or service in just a few clicks. Create combos that will not only be a nice bonus for your customers but will bring profit to your gaming venue.

    You must first add the pass, product, or service you want to combine into a combo before you create one. If a combo is going to be sold in the client shell, make sure that all of the items in the combo are available there.

   Important!  To enable an employee to create combos, activate access to shop, access to combo, and access to edit combo in CAP's Roles and user access tab.

    How to create a combo?

• Open the admin panel and go to Shop → Combo;
• click Add combo;

• fill in the name and description of the combo. The name of the combo must be unique within the office. Customers will not see what's inside of the combo, so we recommend that you indicate all the names in the description;

• select a category, then add an image and enter a code;

   

• add a pass, product, or service to the combo. You can create various combinations and add an unlimited number of components. For example, create a combo with all categories or combine several passes at a bargain price, etc. 

     You  can  add a pass, product, or service with a zero balance to a combo. However, such a combo will not be available for sale in the Cash register section or for purchase in Shell.

   Additionally, you can add toppings for products from your combo. For example, another serving of bacon for a hot dog or sauce. Before adding a topping, you need to create a content card for this product. Toppings can be with zero cost.

     Enabling the Single selection mode limits the number of toppings a customer can add. In this case, the user can select only one topping from the list. For example, if two products are added to a combo: french fries and a burger, and two sauces are offered for them: cheese and ketchup, the player will be able to add only one of the proposed sauces with the single selection mode.

   When creating a combo, you can change the price of a pass, product, or service to make it more beneficial for the client. The price of passes, goods, and services does not need to be changed in the cards. The cost of the goods will be changed only in the combo. If one of the components is purchased separately, the price will be as indicated in the card of a product, service, or pass.

     When buying a combo, the customer will see the total cost of all components. If you want the client to see the price of each product separately, indicate the price in the description of the combo.

• select the zone in which the combo will be available and click Save;

• done! The combo will be available for sale in the Cash register tab and purchase in Shop Shell.
