How to sell combos?

    If Shop Shell is not connected or the player wants to purchase a combo directly from the administrator, the employee needs to:

• open the admin panel and go to Cash register → Shop;
• enter the name of the combo in the search or choose a category with a combo. Such goods are marked as combo;
• choose a combo and click Checkout;

     If one of the combo components is not available at the time of sale, the system will display a modal window with an error. The choice of toppings is not available when selling combos in Shop of the Cash register tab.

• in the modal window that appears, enter the login of the player to whom the combo will be credited, select it from the drop-down list, and click To be paid;
  

• choose a payment method: cash or card;
• done! If the payment was successful, the cash register will display the receipt in the processed status.

    To view combo sales statistics, download the Shop quantity report in the Statistics section, and select the combo product type.

      When selling a combo in CAP (admin panel), it is important to consider the following points:

1. To sell combos and other products with one receipt, the product cards must have the same tax system and tax type.
2. Combo refunds can only be made for the amount of goods since the pass cannot be returned. If the combo consists of passes only, there is no possibility to make a refund.
3. If a pass associated with a specific office and a product available for the entire organization are chosen when creating a combo, the combo will be available for sale only in the office specified in the pass settings.
4. Combos with passes are not available for employees and postpaid customers.
5. To make the combo available for the gamers with receipts, enable passes for non-registered users in the Settings section.
6. If the multi purchase of passes is disabled in the organization's Settings and the client already has a pass on his or her account, selling or buying a combo with a pass will not be available.

    Players will be able to purchase combos in the client shell if your gaming venue has Shop Shell enabled. To add topping, players must click on the desired combo's icon.
