A dashboard is an efficient tool for viewing key statistics and gaming venue performance. Information is presented in the form of widgets with graphs and charts, allowing you to track multiple indicators at the same time.
The Dashboard section will help you find out which games, passes, goods, and workstations are very popular among users. Furthermore, you will be able to see the most active players and identify areas that bring the most profit to your organization.
The charts show the top 7 positions. Data can be obtained from 01/01/2022.
The Dashboard's metrics include:
- Top sold in Shop
View which goods from Shop are selling the best. The system counts the number of sold goods in pieces, goods in combos and services are not taken into account.
- Average check in Shop
Find out the average check for all sold items in Shop. It is calculated as the total amount of goods sold divided by the number of sales receipts for the selected period. Refunds are not deductible and are included in the average check amount. To see detailed information, hover over the desired point in the graph.
- Income
Find out the amount of income received for the desired period. The system considers all operational activities, including receipts, goods, and services, online top-ups, and deposits for the workstation booking on the portal. The amount of refunds, deposits, and withdrawals from the cash register is not taken into account. The income is reported for the entire calendar period, not just the cashier's shift.
- Top sold passes
View the most popular passes by the number of purchases. The system considers all passes, whether purchased in the client shell or on the booking portal, sold from the gaming venue map or received as part of a combo.
- Most active users
Find out the list of the most active venue members. The chart displays the nicknames of the top 7 players based on the number of active hours in the client shell. The indicator includes registered users, visitors with receipts, and post-payment. Information about employees is not included in the statistics.
- New registered users
Determine the number of newly registered users. To view detailed information, hover over the desired point in the graph. Except for receipt and post-paid players, the system considers all types of registered users.
- Popular workstations
Find out which PCs or consoles are the most popular among users. The chart shows the top 7 workstations based on total session hours.
- Content popularity
View a list of the most popular content among visitors. The chart depicts the seven content cards in which players spent the most time.
Click on the three horizontal dots in the desired widget to download metrics data in svg or png format. In the future, information will be available for download in excel format.
When you first enter the Dashboard section, you will see a menu with hints showing you how to filter data by venues, and date, move widgets with indicators in the order that is most convenient for you, and save data in svg, png, and excel formats. To see the hints again, click on the light bulb icon.
The free version provides access to a limited number of widgets. To buy the full version, click “Want this chart in your dashboard?” in a widget with hidden indicators.
By default, access to the section is open to employees with superadmin rights only. After connecting the extended version of Dashboard, access can be given to other employees in the Roles and user access tab.
