Better communication capabilities with terminals
Facilitate communication with the customer at the terminal.
TEXT CHAT
- The creation of an internal text chat in which the history of the day's conversations with the client is kept would be a great resource
VOICE RECORDING
- The possibility for the attendant to record a message and send it to 1 terminal or to selected terminals so that it can be played automatically in the customer's headset. This feature is excellent as it does not interfere with the customer's game and is really a very good way to communicate with the customer at the terminals especially if the cyberclube is large or the terminals in separate environments.
