1. The limit for booking PCs/ consoles
A new option of the Booking module allows you to limit group bookings. Now you can restrict the number of workstations that can be booked simultaneously during a selected time slot by a user who creates a reservation. Setting a limit allows you to make the best use of your resources while also ensuring a more equitable distribution of seats among guests.
To set the limit, go to Booking → Settings and specify the desired value for the Maximum number of devices available for one reservation on the external portal parameter. The setting applies to the booking portal only.
The value 1 means that group booking is disabled. The default value is 0, which means that the number of PCs/consoles is not limited. The maximum value is 999.
If the limit is set, users, who create the booking, will see a message in the shopping cart with the maximum number of PCs that can be further booked. When users select the maximum number, the system will notify them that the limit has been reached.
2. Description of zones for the booking portal
The zone settings in CAP have been supplemented with a field for a short description that will be displayed on the booking portal. Users who make a reservation will thus receive more information about each zone, making it easier to select the desired workstation.
To add a description, go to Zones and rates → Zone setup. Click on the zone icon for which you want to add a description and fill out the Zone description field with the necessary information.
The maximum number of characters is 250. The field is optional.
The description can be found on the booking portal under the zone name.

1. SENET Remote Connector
This release includes a new tool that will allow the SENET support team to connect remotely to gaming PCs via VNC to troubleshoot issues. When the support team tries to connect, a window with a connection request appears on a PC. The employee can then grant or prohibit access to this workstation.
We anticipate that this new feature will simplify the process of communicating with the support team and contribute to the effective resolution of technical issues.
2. Arabic
The SENET system interface is now available in the Arabic language.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed the 500 error, which occasionally appeared in the Cash register section.
- The PC Update History tab no longer displays incorrect image names for workstations on the SENET Boot diskless system.
