SENET ID is a single global account for accessing SENET services.

Users enter the same credentials to log in to the Shell gaming interface, mobile app, and web portal. But unlike before, when accounts were tied to a single venue, SENET ID lets you access and manage accounts across multiple venues with the same username, keeping information consistent and synchronized.
Each SENET ID is tied to a unique username that:
cannot be changed
cannot be duplicated
This ensures secure authentication and consistent data synchronization across all platforms.
How It Works
SENET ID stores core user information: username, email, and, if your venue has connected phone registration, phone number. A SENET ID can be linked to one or multiple venues.
When a user registers at a venue, a venue account is created and linked to their global SENET ID. Some data is shared globally across all venues, while other data remains venue-specific.

Creating and Linking a SENET ID Account
Users can create a SENET ID account via the SENET ID app, portal, or at the venue. A SENET ID can then be linked to one or more venues, allowing all bookings and balances to be managed from a single account.

Linking behavior depends on whether the account is new or already exists. Here’s how linking works when a user arrives at a venue to access a PC.
1. New Users (no existing accounts)
Both a global SENET ID and a venue account are created simultaneously. All required fields (global and venue-specific) are collected during registration.
Users can register:
on the login screen
or after entering the Shell gaming interface as a guest

A user can click Not registered and fill out all the required fields to create a new account.

Alternatively, a user can access the Shell gaming interface via an access code, either by entering it on the login screen or by paying online to sign in as a guest.
In the gaming interface, click Create Account and fill out all required fields to complete registration.
2. Existing Accounts
The linking scenario depends on the user's current accounts:

| Venue account exists, no SENET ID | The user logs in with existing venue credentials (username and password), while the system does not require the creation of a SENET ID, the authorization process does not change. |
| Multiple local accounts exist | If multiple accounts are associated with the same email or phone number, the system prompts the user to merge them into a single SENET ID. |
Registration Flows
Registration depends on the venue’s chosen method. Users verify either their phone or email.
1. Email Registration
An email is required and must be verified via code.
Phone number is optional. Additional fields vary by venue.
2. Phone Registration
A phone number is required and must be verified via code.
Email is still collected by SENET ID, but is visible to the venue only if the field is enabled. Additional fields vary by venue.
Phone numbers and emails are validated against both internal and external databases to prevent duplicates. If the phone number should be used as a username, enter it again in the “Username” field during registration.
Required Fields
SENET ID collects core global information during registration: username and email. Additional fields are collected during local venue registration.
Each venue configures which fields it requires in CAP → Registration settings. You can define which fields are visible, required, or restricted (not visible to certain staff members).

Data Synchronization and Field Updates
When a user registers at a venue PC, a SENET ID is automatically created and linked to their venue account. When linking, SENET ID ensures data consistency across all platforms.
Fields such as email, username, and phone number may be updated or overwritten during the linking process.
Global data takes priority to maintain a single, consistent user identity.
SENET ID Portal and Mobile App
Users can access their SENET ID account outside the venue either via the web portal or the mobile app. Both platforms provide identical functionality, including:
Viewing balances and passes
Linking venues to the account
Updating personal data (where permitted)
Managing linked venues
Receiving news and notifications from venues
Deleting the account (both venue and SENET ID)
The same actions are available on both the portal and the app, allowing users to choose the most convenient option. QR code login is available only in the mobile app.

How a client can register
Option 1: Scan a QR code using the app
Open the SENET ID app and tap the QR icon.
Tap Scan QR code to log in.
Point the camera at the QR code on the venue PC login screen.
Fill out the required fields on the PC to complete local venue account registration.
Your SENET ID is now connected to the new local venue account.
Option 2: Register on the login screen or in Shell
Go to the venue PC and open the Shell login screen.
Click Not register on the login screen or Create account in Shell.
Fill in all required fields to complete registration.
A SENET ID is created together with the local venue account.
Option 3: SENET ID portal and app
Users can enter the code in the SENET ID app or on the portal and complete venue registration.
The venue administrator provides the connection code, which can be found in CAP's menu.
Once the code is entered and authorization confirmed, the venue appears in the list of connected venues in both the app and portal.
To connect:
Go to the start page or open the Profile tab.
Click Add venue.
- Enter the code provided by the staff. Click Next.
Link an existing venue account or register a new one if needed.
- Done! The venue account is now registered and connected to SENET ID.
How staff can register
Option 1: Employee already has a SENET ID
The admin logs into the Shell interface at the venue using SENET ID credentials and completes local venue registration.
🔎 Staff can also enter the code in SENET ID app or on the portal and complete local registration.
Once registered, open CAP and assign the appropriate user role (staff).
Option 2: Employee has no account
In CAP, go to Users or Map and click Add User.
Enter the staff member's email/phone number.
Click Next.
Select the venue, set the user group (staff), and optionally enable super admin.
Click Invite — the staff member will receive an email or SMS code.
📌 Give your staff the admin panel link. They must enter the code and complete registration via the admin panel within 24 hours to gain access.
The staff member completes registration depending on their situation:
No SENET ID: Receives a CAP link and an invitation code from staff, and must complete registration within 24 hours.
Has a SENET ID: Logs into Shell, completes local venue registration, and the admin assigns access rights in CAP.
New required fields or a new venue: On first login, the system prompts the staff member to fill in any required fields.
