The SENET web portal allows users to access and manage their SENET ID account from a browser. It provides the same core functionality as the mobile app, with a layout adapted for desktop use and convenient account management across multiple venues.

Adding a Venue to SENET ID
Your SENET ID can be connected to multiple venues.
Each venue maintains its own:
Balances
Passes
Users can:
Switch between venues
Receive notifications from different venues
SENET ID Connection Code
To access venue-specific information on the portal, users need to connect the venue using a code provided by the venue administrator. It can be found in CAP's menu.
Once code is entered and confirmed, the venue appears in the list of connected venues both in the app and portal.
How to Add a Venue
Venues can be connected on the start page or in the Profile tab.
Click Add venue.
- Enter the code provided by the staff.
3. Link the existing venue account or register if you don't have one.
Profile and Account Management
SENET ID portal allows switching between venues at any time to manage bookings, balances, and passes.
In the Profile section, users can view their personal information and change their passwords.
What’s displayed on the Home Page
The portal home page displays basic account information:
💰 Balance – view main and bonus balances. View balance history with a click.
💳 Top-up – add funds online if a payment system is connected.
🎫 Passes – buy and view available passes and their statuses.
🕒Bookings – book and view active bookings, dates, venue, duration, and deposit. Pass cost is included in the deposit if purchased at booking.
News - view recent news and announcements.
What’s available in the Menu
The portal menu allows management of account and venue activities:
🏠 Home – your venue dashboard.
🕒 Booking – book and review active bookings and details.
🎫 Passes – buy passes and monitor expiration.
👁️ Profile – update avatar, personal info, and password.
💳 Balance History – track all top-ups and spendings.
🔔 News – view venue announcements.
Signed documents - see the list of accepted documents, e.g., Terms & Conditions.
📞 Contacts – find venue address and contact information.
Deleting Accounts or Venues
Deletion behaves differently depending on what is removed:
Deleting a SENET ID (global account) removes the global account and all connected venue accounts. Data is anonymized, and recovery is not possible.
Deleting a venue removes the local account for that venue. Data is anonymized, and recovery is not possible.
A confirmation window will appear before deletion, showing what will be removed and prompting the user to confirm the deletion.
News and Notifications
The portal displays venue news and important notifications, allowing users to view announcements and track offers.
If the portal is empty
If balances or bookings are not shown after logging in, make sure you have selected one of the connected venues. If there are no venues, add one.
