How to View Session History for a Specific PC

Open Session History

To view the session history for a specific PC, follow these steps:

1. Open the Map section in the admin panel.

2. Right-click the PC you want to check and select Open session history.

3. Confirm the action to open the Session history tab.

View Session History

Browse the recent PC activity, or enter a user’s login in the search field to filter the results.

Session History Details:

• Center

• PC #

• Username / Receipt number

• Session start and end time

• Duration

• Discount applied

• User balance and Amount charged (split between Main and Bonus balances)
