How to Extend a Postpaid Session

How to extend a postpaid session(s):

1. Open the venue map in the Management mode.

2. Select the workstation(s) with the active postpaid session:

   • Single PC: right-click it to open the menu.

     • Click Extend postpaid session.

• Two or more PCs: click each workstation you want to select, then choose the command from the top menu.

  • Сhoose Extend postpaid session in the top menu.

3. Specify the extension time in the pop-up window.

4. (Optional) Activate Remove session time limits to disable any time restrictions.

5. Click Extend Session(s) to confirm.

🔎  Note: Removing session time limits disables the session duration entirely; the session will only end when an employee manually stops it from the venue map or closes in the Cash register section (Postpaid sessions tab).
