1. Dashboard
We understand how vital it is to regularly monitor the outcomes of the gaming venue, so we are delighted to introduce Dashboard – a new tool for viewing key statistics. The dashboard displays key indicators in the form of widgets with graphs and charts, allowing you to examine the present situation in real time.
The Dashboard's metrics include:
- Income
- Occupancy
- Popular workstations
- Average check in Shop
- Top sold in Shop
- Popular passes
- Content popularity
- Most active users
- New registered users
The metrics data can be downloaded in svg and png formats. In the future, information will be available for download in excel format.
The free version provides access to a limited number of widgets. All widgets are available after purchasing the "Dashboard" addon.
2. Bonus balance
Creating a bonus system for players is a lot easier now. When setting up top-up bonuses or promo codes in the admin panel, you can choose whether they will be credited to the main or bonus balance.
Funds credited to the main balance can be used to pay for rates, passes, minimum payment, goods and services, and a deposit for booking a workstation.
Money from the bonus balance can only be used to pay for the per-minute billing. The bonus balance is deducted first, and then the main one.
Setting up bonuses and promo codes is only possible with a premium subscription or after purchasing the "Bonus Balance" addon.
Bonuses for topping up the balance and entering a promotional code are automatically applied to the main balance. If you want them to be credited to the bonus balance, enable this feature on the bonus settings page.
