How to update Windows from the venue's Map?

To update Windows from the venue's Map, the workstation must be free, that is, without a player or administrator session. You can update an unlimited number of PCs at a time.

To update:

1. Log out of a player or administrator session. The PC must be on the login screen.

2. Go to admin panel → Map → Management.

• For a single PC: 

  • Right-click on the PC.

  • Select Start update.

• For multiple PCs: 

  • Select several PCs.

  • Select the Start update command from the top menu.

• In the window that opens, choose Update Windows and click Update.

• Done! You have started the update process. You can follow the progress in the History of updates tab on the map.

📌 Important! Do not use your computer while updating Windows. The PC must be on the login screen with no player or administrator session. During an update, the computer may restart on its own if required by the update process.

• When updating Windows, authorization on the login screen is blocked. Instead, an operating system update message will be displayed.

• Go to the History of updates tab on Map to see if the PC has been updated. Restart your computer after the process is completed.

• Done! Restarting the computer completes the update process.
