The SENET booking system allows you to book a PC or console in advance using the SENET ID web portal or mobile app.
All bookings are linked to your account and are synchronized across platforms.
Creating a Booking
Open SENET ID.
On the home page, click Book now, or go to the Booking tab.
Select your venue and choose a date and time slot.
You’ll see all available PCs and consoles for that time. Select one or more workstations (group booking is supported).
Confirm your booking to complete the payment.
📌 Make sure you have enough balance before booking, otherwise the reservation cannot be completed. If a deposit is required, it will be charged from your balance.
📌 Note: If you or your friends don’t show up, the deposit may be charged as a no-show fee — only if the venue has it set up.
After You Create a Booking
Your booking appears in the My Bookings tab, where you can view all details, including date, time, selected PCs or consoles, status, and booking codes.
🔎 Note: If you book PCs for other players, make sure they have the booking codes to unlock their PCs. Each PC requires its own code at the login screen to unlock and start the session.
Additionally, you can edit the booking name to indicate, for example, which friend the booking is for.
Each reserved PC has its own booking code. To start your session, enter this code on the login screen of the booked PC at the venue.
Once entered, the PC is unlocked, and you can sign in using any available method (for example, by access code or as a regular client).
Deposits and No-Show
📎 Note: Some venues require a deposit when creating a booking. The deposit amount and no-show conditions depend on the venue settings.
When you create a booking, a deposit (a percentage of the session cost per hour) may be charged from your balance.
If you arrive within the grace period (for example, 10–15 minutes), the deposit is returned.
If you don’t show up, the deposit is charged as a no-show fee.
For group bookings, each booked PC has its own deposit and no-show calculation.
All transactions are logged in your balance history.
