Using the loyalty program, you can set a discount system for registered venue users. The loyalty program is based on levels. Each level corresponds to a certain discount. A user needs to spend a certain amount of money in order to receive the corresponding discount in your gaming venue.
The discount can be applied to rates and passes. You can activate the loyalty program discount in the rates or passes settings.
To set up a loyalty program, go to Zones and rates → Loyalty program. You can add an unlimited number of levels.
An example of a loyalty program:
- Level 1 - "Beginner": a client needs to spend 100 USD to get a 5% discount.
- Level 2 - "Intermediate": a client needs to spend another 300 USD to get a 7% discount.
- Level 3 - "Advanced": a client needs to spend another 500 USD to get a 10% discount.
Thus, the funds spent to reach the 1st level will not be taken into account for the achievement of the 2nd level, and so on. For example, if the loyalty program for the 1st level is set to 100 USD and the loyalty program for the 2nd is set to 300 USD, the user must spend 300 USD to obtain the second level after obtaining the first. This means that the user must spend a total of 400 USD to obtain the 2nd level.
If the user has a personal discount and a loyalty program discount, the larger one will be taken into account.
If you make modifications to the loyalty program, click the Recalculate customer discounts button to automatically update the levels and discounts.
The amount spent on per-minute billing is immediately factored into the loyalty program's level advancement. If you want the money spent on a pass to be considered, enable this function in the organization's settings. More details on how to activate it can be found in this article.
