How to Use the Console Portal

You can start a client session through the Console Portal. 

• To go to the console portal, click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the admin panel.

• Click the Console portal.

• Select the console you want to log the user into.

Consoles marked in black are available; those in gray are currently in use.

• After selecting the console, log in by receipt or as a regular customer.
