Overview

SENET Console is a convenient and fast way to automate the management of game consoles. With this app for Smart TV, you can connect an unlimited number of consoles and start sessions from the admin panel or console portal. Each console will have its QR code, which clients can use to log in and start a session on their own.

To connect the add-on for managing consoles, go to Settings → Organization infos and click Edit subscription. Select the required number of devices for “SENET Console” and click the Prepare Invoice button.
 

How to set up SENET Console?

To manage gaming sessions,  you need to install the SENET Console application on a TV (Smart TV) with the game console you want to add, and authorize it on the gaming venue Map using a special installation code.

To do so:

1. Sign in to your Google account on the TV where you are going to install the app. Go to Google Play and search for SENET Console.

2. Install the app.
   
   
    

3. After installation, open the application to see the installation code, which must be entered in the admin panel to authorize the device.
   
   
   
   
    

4. Open the admin panel and go to Map → Configuration mode → Settings.

5. Enter the installation code in the right sidebar and click the Activate button.

6. After entering the code, the console will be automatically authorized on the venue map, and its type will be changed to "Console".

 

🔎 The device is automatically added to the default zone of consoles. To move a console to a different zone, go to the Configuration mode and click on the console to edit.

After the console is displayed on the map, you can start gaming sessions:

1. From the admin panel

• Right-click on a console.

• Click the Log in user command.

2. From the console portal

• To go to the console portal, click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the admin panel.

• Click Console portal.

• The console portal displays all enabled game consoles.

• After selecting the console, you must log in by receipt number or as a regular customer to begin a session.

3. By scanning the QR code on the TV screen

This option allows users to start a gaming session by scanning a QR code on the chosen game console.

🔎 After installing SENET Console, employees will be able to send notifications and warnings to game consoles from the gaming venue map. The game console can be booked in the admin panel and on the booking portal.
