How can I pay and start a session on my own?

On the login screen, you can start a guest session, i.e., a session for an unregistered user, for the desired duration.

To do this:

• Select the desired amount of playing time: 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes;

• Scan the QR code from your mobile device and make a payment.

📌 The amount is calculated by the rate valid in the venue upon selecting one of the time intervals. The session will start immediately after the specified amount is paid.

How do I top up my account balance online?

In the client Shell, you can top up your balance online. To do this:

• click on the Top up button;

• go to the Online tab and enter a deposit amount;

• scan the QR code using your mobile device and top up your balance, or click on the Top Up button to open the payment page in a browser on the PC;

📌 If the QR code does not appear, click “Next” in the payment window — the system will reload the page and refresh the QR code.

• pay with Apple Pay/Google Pay or enter your payment card details;

• done! The money will be credited to your balance immediately after paying.
