How to place an order?
To order a product or service, use one of the following methods:
1. Select a product from the shop widget on the Shell homepage.
2. Open the Shop section in the top panel of the client interface.
Here, you can find the desired product by category or sort the list by:

- name (A-Z, Z-A);
- price (from highest to lowest and vice versa).
Order placement process
After selecting a product, a window with details will open, where you can:
1. Change the quantity of the product by clicking "+" or "-".
2. Choose one of the ordering options:

Quick purchase – Click Buy now!, enter a promo code (if any), add a comment (or select from a template), choose a payment method, and complete the payment.

Add to cart – Add the product to the cart to select more items and pay for them together.
🔎 You can configure the payment methods available to users in the cart and for quick payment. Additionally, you can enable or disable order cancellation and commenting.

Viewing order status and history
The right sidebar in Shell will display a widget showing the order status, the number of items, and a button to access Order History. Hovering the mouse over the number of items displays the name of the ordered items and the price.
In the Order History tab, you can find:

order number and date;
-
order contents;
-
total cost;
-
payment status;
-
if balance or online payment is enabled, a Pay button will be available (if the order is unpaid).
Important! An order can be canceled by clicking the trash bin icon. If the order was paid using the user’s balance, the amount will be refunded back to the balance.

Only orders with the status "New" can be canceled. Orders with the status "In Progress" or "Done" cannot be canceled.
How do I know when my order is ready?
When an order is being prepared or is ready, a notification will appear in Shell.
You can also check the status in the right sidebar or in the Order History tab:

"In Progress" – the order is being prepared.

"Done" – the order is ready for pickup.
