Surveys are a great tool for gathering user feedback, determining what visitors want, and identifying areas where a venue needs improvement. In version 70, we added a survey that can be displayed when users click on the end session button.
How to set up a survey?
To set up a survey, create a google form with the questions you are interested in and submit the HTML code of the form to our technical support. To find the HTML code:
- click Send on the google form creation page;
- in the window that opens, copy the HTML code and send it to our technical support;
- ready! The support team will add the survey and let you know.
Important! While visitors fill out the survey, sessions continue.
