How to apply promo codes: User guide

📌 The bonus for entering a promo code is credited to the bonus balance only. Each promo code can be used only once.

How do I apply a promo code during registration?

You can enter the promo code when registering an account:

1. On Shell's login screen
2. In Shell

• When registering an account, please enter the promo code in the I have a promo code field.
• Click Apply to view the bonus code amount.
• Click Finish to confirm your account creation. You will be automatically redirected to gaming Shell. The bonus for entering the promo code will be credited to the bonus balance immediately after registration is completed.

Where do I enter the promo code to get a bonus to my balance?

You need to enter the promo code in gaming Shell.

• Log in to Shell using your account.
• Enter the promo code in the I have a promo code field and click Apply.
• The promo code will be immediately credited to your bonus balance.

How do I apply a promo code for a discount when paying for an order?

You can enter the promo code in Shell:

1. When paying for any pass, product, or service with "Quick payment".
2. When paying for an order in the cart.

• Log in to Shell and select a pass, product, or service. You can enter the promo code in the payment window of your order.
• Enter the promo code in the I have a promo code field and click Apply.
• The amount to be paid will be updated to include the discount. You will see a note about the successful promo code application and the discount percentage.

🔎 "Quick payment" allows you to pay and place your order right away. To do this, select a pass, product, or service and click Buy Now. The order will be sent as soon as you pay via your preferred method.

Another option is adding the item to the cart.

How do I apply the promo code on the booking portal?

Go to the booking portal and select the required PCs/consoles.

• Enter the promo code in the I have a promo code field and click Apply.
• The promo code is applied after pressing the plus sign or Enter.

Important! Promo codes are available only after purchasing the Bonus Balance add-on.

Promo codes are credited to the bonus balance only. Promo code refunds are not available.
