Shop in Shell: Setting up payments and additional options

For Shop in Shell you can customize these options:

1. Order payment options
2. Quick payment
3. Cancellation and commenting on orders

How to set up payment options in Shell?

• To set up payment options for orders, open the admin panel and go to Settings → Gamer interface → Shop settings → Payment methods for buying goods in cart.
  • Pay with account balance - if customers can pay for orders with their balance.
  • Scan & Pay Online - the ability to pay for passes, goods, and services online.
  • Payment on Cash register - create orders without prepayment with the option to pay at the administrator's checkout.
• Click Save after changing the settings.

How do I customize the "quick payment" options?

You can use the "Quick Payment" option to complete your order immediately by paying for it. Another option is to add an item to the cart.

• To make a quick payment, the user should click the Buy Now button and choose their preferred payment method.

You can choose which payment methods will be available for "quick payment".

• Open the admin panel and go to Settings → Gamer interface → Shop settings → Quick payment.
• You can select quick payment options for passes and goods individually.
• Enable/disable the necessary options and save the changes.

How do I set up order cancellation?

• Open the admin panel and go to Settings → Gamer interface → Shop settings → Advanced order settings.
• Enable/disable the Allow order cancellations option and click Save.

• Important! Only orders with the status "New" can be canceled. Orders with the status "In progress" or "Done" cannot be canceled.

How do I enable/disable order commenting?

• To configure order commenting, open the admin panel and go to Settings → Gamer Interface → Shop Settings → Advanced Order Settings.
• Enable/disable the Enable comments in orders option and click Save.
