How to fix "The requested operation requires elevation" error

If you see "The requested operation requires elevation" error, it means that the administrative rights required for the action are missing.

To resolve the error, check out the following steps:

Game Card Setup

1. Go to the admin panel → Content and open the card of the game/app you are trying to launch.

2. Make sure that the Win user field is set to support. If not, adjust the settings and save.

3. Try to launch the content one more time.

Registry Settings

1. Log in to the PC where you’re getting the error under the Support account.

2. Run the SystemReg file. This file restores the registry settings to their state right after the E-launcher installation.

3. Restart the PC and test if the game launches successfully.

Important! Do not use the SystemReg file on admin PCs. This file is intended only for gaming PCs with E-launcher installed. Using it on PCs without E-launcher may affect system configurations.
