Common Issues and Their Solutions
1. Default Rate Is Active Instead
If you're seeing a different rate than the one you expect, it might be the default rate.

2. Rate Added But Not Activated
Rates must first be created and then assigned to the required zones.

3. Incorrect Local Time on PC
The local time on the client's computer may be incorrect or may not be synchronized with the organization's settings. Even if the rate is configured correctly, incorrect PC time can prevent it from being displayed at the correct time.

4. All rates appear as 0
If all client rates on the venue map appear as 0, there may be an issue with the settings.
