Game Update and SENET Boot
If you are using SENET Boot, games from Steam and Epic Games Store can be updated without enabling Superuser mode. The system automatically applies updates within the image; no manual changes are required.
📌 Important: Do not manually modify the image for games that are managed by Game Update, especially if Superuser mode is enabled. Doing so breaks the system logic and disrupts automatic updates.
After any updates are complete, the PC must be restarted for the changes to take effect.
Running and Monitoring Updates
📎 After adding licenses (step 4), choose the update method — the feature is ready to use.
There are two update modes:
Automatic updates
Manual updates (on-demand)
