The SENET booking module allows staff to configure and manage PC and console bookings.
On the PC login screen, booked workstations will show a status indicating an upcoming booking. This lets players know the PC is reserved and prevents others from logging in too early.
You can define booking rules, schedules, and penalties, and monitor all bookings. All changes are synchronized in real time across CAP, the SENET ID web portal, and the mobile app.
🖇️ Note: Clients can book a PC or console in SENET ID portal or app. See the client guide on How to Book a PC or Console for details.

A percentage of the hourly session cost that may be temporarily charged from the client’s balance when a booking is created. If the client arrives within the configured grace period, the deposit is returned to their balance after the PC(s) are unlocked. All deposit charges and refunds are recorded in the client’s balance history. |
| Buffer time between sessions | Buffer time between booking sessions on the same workstation. This ensures PCs or consoles have time to reset, clean up, or prepare for the next player. |

🔎 If a deposit is enabled, it is
deducted from the user’s balance at the time of booking
